Charlie Edwards to fight Johnriel Casimero for world title on September 10

Charlie Edwards will challenge Johnriel Casimero for the IBF world flyweight title on the undercard of Gennady Golovkin vs Kell Brook on September 10.

he 23-year-old from Surrey has had only seven fights as a professional (7-0-KO3) but is confident of relieving Filipino Casemiro (22-3-KO14) of the crown when the pair meet at The O2.

"Many people may think this is too early but believe me when I say this, that IBF world title is coming home with me," said Edwards, who is scheduled to fight in Berlin on Saturday.
